ThriveHub
ThriveHub provides corporate wellness services for organizations, as well as a platform for movement professionals.
In the midst of her yoga teacher training, Ali recognized a disconnect: the yoga industry had grown rapidly, but much of its soul was fading. Talented teachers lacked support, and the deeper purpose of yoga—connection, clarity, and community—was being lost in trend-driven fitness and media misrepresentation.
Ali saw a need: not just for more yoga, but for better systems to bring wellness to where people needed it most—offices, hotels, residential communities, and high-stress environments. At the same time, she saw yoga teachers burnt out and underpaid, longing for community, structure, and meaningful opportunities.
In response, she created ThriveHub.
What began as YogaHub in 2015—a mission to bring thoughtful, accessible yoga into everyday spaces—has now grown into ThriveHub, a broader wellness company powered by the same original purpose: to reconnect people to themselves and one another through high-quality, human-centered wellness experiences.
ThriveHub partners with companies, hospitality groups, residential communities, and cultural institutions to deliver yoga, mindfulness, and movement sessions that fit seamlessly into modern life. Clients include Marriott Hotels, the Boston Public Library, and the Museum of Science. The ThriveHub Pro Network includes dozens of expert instructors who are not only trained in their craft, but supported in their careers—learning from each other, growing in community, and delivering wellness with heart.
ThriveHub continues to grow from the same foundational belief that started it all: that wellness should be accessible, impactful, and deeply human.
